Understanding your pokerace transaction history
Your pokerace transaction history displays four main transaction types: deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, and game outcomes. Deposits are incoming transfers from your e-wallet or bank account to your pokerace balance. Withdrawals are outgoing transfers from your pokerace balance back to your payment method. Bets placed and game outcomes are gameplay logs that show which games you played, when, and the results.
Each transaction includes metadata: the exact timestamp, the amount, the payment method used, and the settlement status. For deposits, the status shows whether the transfer has cleared or is pending. For withdrawals, the status indicates whether your request is under review, approved, processing, or complete. Bet and game logs include the game name, your stake, the outcome, and your resulting balance change.
Your transaction history is the single source of truth for your account's financial activity—every deposit, withdrawal, and game outcome is logged and timestamped.
Accessing your transaction history
To view your transaction history on pokerace, log into your account and navigate to the "Transaction History" section under your account menu. You will see a table listing all transactions sorted by date, with the most recent at the top. You can filter by transaction type (deposits, withdrawals, bets), by date range, or by payment method to narrow your search. If you played across Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, or Yogyakarta, all transactions are centralized in the same account history regardless of location.
The transaction table displays the following columns:
- Date & Time: The exact timestamp of the transaction in your local timezone.
- Type: Deposit, withdrawal, bet, or game outcome.
- Description: Details such as "Deposit via DANA" or "Withdrawal to e-wallet Account."
- Amount: The transaction value in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
- Status: Pending, approved, processing, complete, or cancelled.
- Balance: Your account balance after the transaction settled.
You can click on any transaction row to expand it and view additional details—such as the destination bank account for withdrawals, or the specific game and bet details for gameplay transactions.
Filtering and exporting statements
You can export your transaction history as a CSV or PDF file for your records. Use the "Export" button at the top of the transaction table, select your date range, and choose your format. This is useful for tax purposes, personal accounting, or dispute resolution.
You can also apply filters by payment method (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment), by transaction type, or by status. For example, filtering by "Withdrawal" and "Pending" will show you all withdrawal requests that have not yet cleared.
Deposit transactions and settlement timing
When you deposit to pokerace, your transaction history shows the deposit immediately with a "Pending" status. E-wallet deposits (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) typically clear within minutes and change to "Complete" status. Bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) may take one to two business days to clear, particularly if you deposit during bank holidays like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi.
Once a deposit clears, your pokerace balance updates and the transaction status changes to "Complete." You can then use those funds to place bets on Liga 1 and international football matches, play live-dealer games like blackjack and roulette, or explore our slot and esports markets. The deposit remains in your transaction history indefinitely for your audit trail.
We do not hold deposits—e-wallet transfers clear within minutes, and bank transfers within one to two business days after your banking institution processes them.
Withdrawal transactions and review process
When you request a withdrawal on pokerace, it appears in your transaction history with a "Pending Review" status. Our compliance team reviews your request—typically within a few hours—to verify that your account activity is consistent with our terms and that your withdrawal amount does not exceed your daily or monthly limit. Once approved, the status changes to "Approved" and we initiate the transfer to your payment method.
The time from approval to settlement depends on your chosen payment method. E-wallet withdrawals typically complete within minutes and show a "Complete" status. Bank withdrawals to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet accounts typically clear within one to two business days. Your transaction history logs the exact timestamp of each status change, so you can track your withdrawal's progress.
If your withdrawal is declined, your transaction history shows the status as "Declined" with a reason code. Common reasons include account activity inconsistencies, unmet play-through requirements, or exceeding withdrawal limits. You can contact our support team to understand the reason and resubmit your request if appropriate.
Bet and gameplay logging
Your pokerace transaction history also logs every bet you place and every game outcome. These logs show the game name (e.g., "Live Blackjack Table 3", "Dragon Hatch", "Sweet Bonanza"), your stake, the outcome, and your balance change. If you are unsure about a specific bet or game result, you can search your transaction history by date range or game name to locate it.
Bet logs are separate from your financial transactions—they do not affect your transaction history's financial summary, but they are stored for audit and dispute purposes. If you dispute a bet outcome, our support team can reference your bet log and the game studio's records to investigate.
Data retention and privacy
We retain your transaction history for as long as your pokerace account is active, plus a retention period required by Indonesian financial regulations. Financial transactions (deposits and withdrawals) are retained indefinitely for compliance. Bet and gameplay logs are retained for a standard period to support dispute resolution. If you close your account, we delete your personal data according to our privacy policy, but transaction records may be retained where law requires it. Your transaction history is encrypted and accessed only by you and our compliance team when necessary.
